What is covered by OHIP?

All physician consultations for medically necessary problems are covered fully by OHIP. Please bring your OHIP card to each visit.

How do I see a specialist? (Referral Forms)

Make an appointment with your Family Physician to discuss your concerns and to determine whether a referral to a Vaughan Medical Clinic Specialist is needed. If so, your Family Doctor will fax a referral to 1-888-683-7326.  A Referral Form can be found  on the bottom of every right sidebar or under any service that requires one… or just click here.

How long is the waiting time?

We strive to see every patient within two weeks of receiving the referral from your Family Physician.
